"Empire" is the only one of the three films to not have been too "battered" (though) for the special edition. Some stages are reviewed, and a scene with the shuttle Vader, the Wampa in a wide shot... Yet, it is a pleasure to say that we will finally see the film again as we have discovered in the 80's. With hindsight, it is perhaps the best of the three, and "the revenge of The Siths" is close in the spirit and in the dark. Of course, whiners will still complain about the coup. They will be right. Yet it must be acknowledged that very many fans were waiting for this rerelease. After all, Lucas has already done the shot at least five times prior to this DVD edition, with gift boxes collectors, enclosures "super-collectors" editions, "definitive" THX, laserdiscs, special editions, etc... Pottermaniques and collectors go your way! An excellent movie that I had not seen in the dining room, thinking that the scenes between the 2 main protagonists were too unpleasant, which is not the case.. Any star wars fan must have this collector's box with a quality picture and sound worthy of the film quality and at a more than reasonable!!! I've never watched Friends before, because the series was not to my taste. It is necessary to tell in 90 I was young and may not be willing to watch this kind of series.
